Conference sessions will run as follows:

Session One: 30 September 2021 at 12:00pm - 16:00 BST

Session Two: 1 October 2021 at 12:00pm - 16:00 BST

Session Three: 7 October 2021 at 12:00pm - 16:00 BST

Session Four: 8 October 2021 at 12:00pm -  16:00 BST

After each session, attendees will be invited into the Networking Lounge for group networking

All bookings received are binding, but delegates may be substituted at any time. Notifications of cancellations and substitutions should be sent in writing to the conference organisers as soon as possible. Registration details for any substitute must be received in writing at least two business days before the conference. Fee refunds for cancellations will be given on the following scale: 

Before 30 August 2021: 80%; 30 August 2021 or later: no refund. The same terms apply for issued but unpaid invoices. All invoices issued are legally enforceable worldwide and will be pursued for payment in accordance with the cancellation clauses above.
