The venue hotel is the Novotel Am Tiergarten in Berlin, Germany. This 4 star hotel has excellent conference facilities, and the hotel's central location makes it ideal for exploring historical Berlin and the Brandenburg Gate. Tegel Airport is a 15 minute drive away.

Terms and conditions - please read before booking.

All bookings received are binding, but delegates may be substituted at any time. Fee refunds for cancellations will be given on the following scale: 
within 2 weeks of booking and before 17 January 2021: 100%; more than two weeks and before 17 January 2021: 80%; 17 January 2021 or later: no refund. The same terms apply for issued but unpaid invoices. All invoices issued are legally enforceable worldwide and will be pursued for payment in accordance with the cancellation clauses above. All visas and other travel documents are the responsibility of the delegate. International Newsletters Ltd will NOT make any refunds or allowances in addition to those above due to failure to obtain necessary travel documents, however caused. All delegates are advised to apply for any necessary travel documents as soon as possible. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred should the conference be cancelled for any reason. Maximum notice of cancellation will be given to delegates. International Newsletters Ltd does not accept liability for any loss or damage to the personal effects of delegates attending the conference. It is the responsibility of all delegates to have appropriate insurance cover for their visit.
